1) MOE Financial Assistance Scheme 2026 (FAS)

Please visit MOE's official website here for more information. You may also access the e-FAS form, which is available on Parents Gateway (under Services tab -> Financial Assistance) or via https://go.gov.sg/moe-efas

2) Application for eGIRO

Through Parents Gateway -> Services tab "GIRO setup" or click here.
For DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB, BOC, MayBank, HSBC and SCB.
For parents who already have GIRO arrangement with MOE for school fees and wish to give consent to use the same GIRO arrangement to pay for the enrichment programme and school charges under School Bill, you may scan the QR code below or click here.

Student related

1) DigitalAccess@Home Scheme

IMDA’s DigitalAccess@Home scheme offers subsidized home wi-fi and devices (laptops/tablets) to lower-income families.

2) Group Personal Accident Insurance for Students

All students are covered under the GPA Insurance Plan which provides 24-hour worldwide accident coverage while they are at the school premises (including school-based Student Care Centre), in Singapore or elsewhere, participating in school-related activities, including Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) and sports.

3) Student Wait List

For Singapore Citizen/Singapore Permanent Resident pupils who wish to apply for a place in Oasis Primary School, please click here to access the Waiting List Online Application Form.
Please complete the form and hand it to the staff in the General Office. Alternatively, you may email the completed form to us at oasis_ps@moe.edu.sg.
